Shoulda-not need prototype.js (And more...)

There a test directory, with a raisl_root directory, in which there is a basically complete rails application setup for testing shoulda... But there is a public folder in there which has images and stylesheets and javascrips and all sorts of stuff that's just not needed for any reason.
And there's the log directory, and the script and temp directory, and the Rakefile... and the list goes on.
So please, somebody go delete everything in there that's not required for the shoulda test suite to pass

Hi Jacob,
That rails_root definitely needs some cleaning. If you submit a patch removing the unnecessary files, I'll gladly merge it.
