[PATCH] Test name on should_require_unique_attributes when scope is not set

The recent patch to accommodate an array of scope values causes the test name to show 'scoped to' even when the scope is not set, like this:
"test: User should require unique value for email scoped to ."
Simple patch attached to fix it.
